"My insurance has gone up 200% in two months. They never answer the phone and it looks like they don't appreciate customers that."

From what I can see, the increase is likely due to a youthful driver being added to the policy, which can cause a significate increase in the cost of insurance. We apologize if you have had trouble reaching us. That is not the level of service we strive to provide.
